I have a SD card slot on a board. I want to wire up a USB slot on the board. maybe even remove the SD Slot and Replace it with a USB slot (Female end)?
I would prefer the USB SLOT(Female) end to be the USB-Mini.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to do this?

THen how would I wire one on board?. I want to be able to write to the card from USB, and any connections that the SD Slot uses I want my USB slot to use also.

Ok maybe some of you dont understand. This is not for A PC by any means. I have a board with an SD cardslot that is used to play homemade roms on my Gameboy advance. I was wanting to put a USB on the board so I can put the roms on a flash drive.

best just get bigger sd card, flash drives need to be plugged into the pc directly not a card reader such as your gameboy hack card

Sorry, there's no way to do that kind of swap. You can install a USB card and leave the SD reader there.

Make life easier, just get a USB hub if you need more USB connections. You might just ruin your PC, burn a finger or inhale a lot of lead doing it.
