You can probably get better prices here:

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/Category/category_tlc.asp?CatId=28

Check out the customer ratings and reviews. Do not order a card that is not rated 5/5 stars with a lot of reviews. If you have Visa get a video card that is Vista compatible and is compatible with DirectX version 10.

CHEAP SOLUTION: 7300GT. If your power supply is 300W or bigger, it can handle this, otherwise just settle for the 7300GS.

BETTER BUT NOT CHEAP SOLUTION: 8500GT or 8600GT these are NEW DX10 cards that will excel in Vista. You may need a power supply upgrade.

BEST BUT EXPENSIVE OPTIONS: 7900GS, X1950 Pro or the 8800GTS plus the expense on a HIGHER rated power supply.
