If you're asking which of the above ... the answer is all of the above :) EM radiation is a major byproduct of the Sun and humans have an EM based economy... any disruption to the Sun's output can have a significant effect on our electronics as well as changing the amount of energy received on Earth, which would affect the weather/climate, etc.

the sun can affect us in many ways and it would take a long time to explain all. it affects satellites,animals,earth activity, and yes, humans too. I live in the far Arctic north and we are in the summer and we are experiencing constant daylight. We love it. Winter is the opposite and we have to deal with maybe a few hours of twilight a day. it can be depressing, but we have light therapy to help with winter blues.
