Well college kid.. its a bit old fashioned but its called the phone book.

Pick it up and call the local utilities (ask the neighbor or in most cases it is in the front of the phone book).

Water
Gas
Electric

in some areas of the country

Fuel (ie: heating oil)

optional extras:

Telephone (although a LOT of people are going with cell now)
Internet
Cable TV
Dish Tv.
Newspaper(s)

that should about cover it....

welcome to the wonderful world of home ownership

Call the Municipal Building in the city you're moving to.

Just call City Hall for the city where your property exists. They'll tell you what to do and who to call.

Congratulations!
