Ok, no. We control machines right now, and if one could even consider the possiblity one must also see that people control the machines that control us.

You control yourself.

When you move your hand, it is not a computer or any other device that causes this. It is you who causes the action.

The term 'control' is often bastardized though and can mean anything in common parlance.

Cars- try walking to work these days?!
TVs, computer, Ipod, games- try pulling a preteen off of it.
telephones/ cell phones- right, who has that connection?
