It depends. If you are saying the wick, then no because the wick would eventually go out. But if you are talking about flame in general, then yes. Flame won't go out unless it is lacking fuel, so theoretically that flame could go on forever. The flame isn't decreased because you light something else with it.

That depends on how you mean the flame from one candle. If you mean only the flame on one wick of one candle, than no, because that candle will eventually run out of fuel and burn up. If you mean the flame created by that candle, than you could use the candles that are lit by the first to light other candles, and those candles to light other candles and so forth. This would theoretically be infinite.

No. All candles burn for a finite period of time as nobody has invented the infinite candle yet. You could light many candles from one candle, but there would be a limit.
