I don't know if organic food has a significantly higher nutritious value than non-organic foods; it's just that organic food has less crap and health-depleting ingredients in it. Try to stay away from anything processed because those are the bad foods.

No pesticides and stuff but be warned! Organic produce in your regular supermarket may be lower in some nutrients just because it's been sitting there for a while (especially if you live somewhere like North Dakota or West Virginia).

if it in fact does have more nutrition then its because it hasn't been chemically assaulted, by ferts, and insecticides etc.
I don't really believe it has more nutrition...thats just a sales angle.

Because it's grown without the use of pesticides, or growth hormones, both of which will get into your system and harm your immune system, and allow you to get sick.

It doesn't have more nutrition, it is healthier for you, for no chemicals and pesticides were used while growing it, which you injest and stays in you.

its not really more nutritious but it has simpiler* compounds and makes it easier to digest. unlike processed foods which have additives which can be bad for you
