Does any know where I can buy a cheap high jump pit from?

I want to buy one to put in my backyard over the summer. If there aren't any cheap ones, does any one have suggestions for using other equipment to make my own pit?

Do you need the stands and bar or are you talking just about your landing area? If it is the landing ara there is and old fall back that we used when we were broke. a great big pile of hay and sawdust will cussion you fall very well as long as you are not a world class jumper. you can get this from any lumber yard and generally there is no cost involved. Just haul it away. Works fine.
