Being silly isn't a way to help people enjoy their life experience. Being a true friend, who listens and cares, shares good times and bad, makes memories with them to carry down the road of life, that will make a mark on their life experience and yours too.

Silliness is different than fun or enjoyment for me. I wouldn't find silliness amusing. Silliness is more an annoyance or irritant than anything.
Acting the fool is something you might want to consider avoiding. No one likes a fool, the laughter is usually from pity.
