It's for men or women. It is a sleeping pill! It is for sleeping difficulties so it does not matter what gender a person is. Lunesta (eszopiclone) can be addictive and people can become dependent on it. It has nasty withdrawal symptoms. There doesn't seem to be any reason why men can't take Lunesta that I could find.
