What are your favorite waterfalls in Colorado and where are they?

Hanging Lake off I-70 in Glenwood Canyon is worth the hike to see! (http://www.msg.ku.edu/~dave/hanginglake.html)

Also, Alberta Falls in Rocky Mountain National Park is a small but pretty waterfall area, an easy hike from the trailhead: (http://www.thespiritoftherockies.net/spirit/Hikes/Alberta/AlbertaFalls.html)

There are also Bridal Veil Falls and Ouzel Falls in RMNP, which I haven't hiked to yet, but they're on my list!

Seven falls in colorado springs is pretty, especially at night. In Glenwood Springs canyon, there is a beautiful hiking trail that takes you up to a nice waterfall. Can't remember the name, but it has a big rest area near it.

Boulder falls, not to far of a drive. Take 36 to canon rd and take it all the way until you see the signs for it, on the right side of the road. Eldorado springs, take 36 to the superior exit, go south and follow the signs. Have fun

i like helen hunt falls in colorado springs (something from my childhood. ) it is right near seven falls except it is free to look at. also it is supposed to be haunted. also if you are in the cheyenne canyon area drive gold camp road it is an old rail road and the tunnels if you turn off you lights on your car an sit in the ark of night when you turn the lights back on you will see hand prints all over your car. (not garenteed.) i have had it happen before, if it is your kind of thing.

There are beautiful falls in Telluride and Ouray. One is the Bridal Veil Falls and I don't know the name of the other, but it is very pretty and easily accessible.

I agree with Mama Gretch, Hanging Lake is AMAZING! I went when I was little and it was teriffic. Even looking back at the video, it's still amazingly beautiful.

I like Boulder Falls - in Boulder obviously. This is a good time of year to go see it
