That means that you have too many programs running. If you only have one or two windows OPEN, then you have SpyWare. You should have an anti-spyware solution on your computer. I recommend that you go to http://www.download.com and get AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destory. Install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs.

These are cleanup tools. Ad-aware cleans files, and SpyBot cleans the registry

If you have Windows XP, you should have at least 512MB of RAM. Look up your system at http://www.coastmemory.com and see what RAM your computer came with and can take. Check the price and buy more. If you have Windows Vista, consider upgrading to 1GB or more.

Good luck and Happy Computing!

This means that you have a lot of programs and/or software on your computer that is taking up memory space. You will either need to clean some of the non-used programs off of your computer or buy more memory space at a local computer store.

frist how old is you computer and what windows are you running, you may need to add more ram to your computer, or go through and clean out programs you don't need or use any more, but remember do not delete them you must uninstall from (add and remove) other wise you leave files in your computer
