In Nevada, Clark County anyway, your parents can sign a temporary guardianship over to other relatives or friends--considering you are so close to 18. The 'guardians' must also sign that they will take care of you, bring you for health care, etc--basically they must commit to taking full responsibility for your actions.

Awh i know how you feel .. my parents did the same thing to me and its really not that bad after all but i do miss my home state but anyways no you dont have to be 18 as long as you have your parents permission then you can stay with a friend. just make sure this is what you want, good luck sweetie

If you can pay your own rent and support yourself stay with a parental release (see example:http://www.suu.edu/athletics/baseball/parentalrelease.pdf) this document will require someone over the age of 21 be available to sign for you in the possibility of an accident and stand in the place of your parents but if you are ready to be on your own it is lots easier and cheaper than emancipation. Good Luck!

yes you can, however your parents would have to allow this. petition to become a legal adult now citing the fact you want to stay there for your final year in school. or talk with friends and their parents about staying there. legally at 16 you can petition to become a legal adult, however most parents dont allow it.
good luck!

yes. you cant, unless you can find another guardian, like your grandmother or another family member. even if you do, will your parents be ok with this. they are the ones who need to sign the documents in the end.
