only chicken breast, and boneless fastfood chicken.

No-we own a farm but retired now to town and we raised some chickens mainly for eggs and ate some and they were not penned up iin tiny cages. The chicken and eggs had a totally different taste that in no way are what they are today-today's tastes lousy.
I have managed to buy cage free eggs and it is a little better.
For some reason, when hard boiled, they are so much easy to peal. wonder why?

Yes. It's my favorite meat and I eat it practically everyday for at least one meal. It's loaded with protein and is not as fatty as red meat. I eat lots of veggies, but, I like chicken in my salads too.
