According to wikipedia, Yes. "The series ran on The WB Television Network from September 20, 2002 to March 24, 2006 with a total of 86 episodes produced." Hmmm...no series finale hype there huh? What the world is wrong with CW? I am DONE with this network.
I found a brief synopsis of what happened...."In the series finale, Valerie finally has her dream wedding to Vic, but there are a few problems. Val, Holly, and Lauren are stuck at a spa where an escaped convict is being searched for, making the three of them late for the wedding." It was given a 9.2/10
There is also a pretty thorough description of the entire final season at wiki site. I'm gonna miss it to.

Yeah, sad to say but it's over! The seasons are coming to dvd soon though! Season One is already available!
