Hello,

This web site, http://myurbanchicboutique.com is a start up company doing the same thing. You should register your business name at the County Clerks office. (usually under $30 bucks, at least wherever I have lived)

Web Hosting Depends on your needs. Check these out, the first one is the host that the store above is using. (I know because we have the same web site designer and she recommends them):

You should also check out

You have to market your site, Just because you build it doesnt mean they will come.

Also wanted to add that you will need a tax ID Number, contact the SCORE in your area, but basically you will need to charge sales tax to anyone that purchases from you in your state.

Best of luck,

You can always start on EBAY ... very low cost, people already know to go there and search, and you don't need your own website. If it take off, create your own site, and you can link to it from EBAY.
