Actually, yes there are.
Sam's Town does give a discount room rate to anyone during their birth month.

It's tough to beat the special they have going right now though.
The "Super Summer Special" 1-800-634-6371 $26.99 Sun/Thur from May 28th until September 27th
Coast Casinos - Orleans, Sam's Town, Gold Coast & Suncoast used to give slot club bonus points to anyone who played during their birth month(I don't know if they still do or not) >They did last June, and they have been doing this for years, you just never know when a promotion will end in LV< And this is each one, not just one.
LV hotel/casinos try to be very accommodating, it does not hurt to mention that it's your birthday when you check in. Ask if they have a "complimentary" upgrade available. It works more often than you might imagine.
Comp meals are going to come more from your play. However, sometimes marketing offers will include something extra for your birthday.
If you go online to sign up for e-mail updates, some casinos allow you to sign up for a slot club card online also(they will then have your birthday).
Anyone can pickup a FSE funbook, I guess you can tell them it's your birthday if you like. You can pick it up either in front of Binions or at the FSE office, which is on the second level of the parking garage over Walgreens. There are a couple of great 2-4-1 buffet coupons in the FSE funbook.

Las Vegas is a place that a lot of people go on their birthday so it is really common thing for them to see there.
You might get a free dessert with a meal. You will not get free meals or hotel discounts.

you bet! just ask, everywhere you go. vegas is a wide open city full of great things. Have the front desk at the casino youre staying at introduce you to a casino host, they will let you know whats avaliable or even give you show tickets.
clubs are great, they will usually send a specialty of the house over maybbe even bet a spotlight on you.
some restaurants will give the birthday person a free meal if they are accompanied by a certain number of guest.
las vegas wants your trip to be the best and will do what they can to make you want to go back.
when you want something or have a question, dont bother with the waitresses or front desk when asking for comps, go straight to a casino host. you dont have to be a whale to enjoy the good stuff at a reasonable cost or for free.
also, at every casino you go to sign up for their players club, its free and usually is accompanied by a free tshirt with their logo on it.
youll have a great time! jackie b

While in Vegas ask for some resort called Tahiti Village. Be on there tour for an hour.( Its the resort tour and talk to about there stuff)
After that they will give you free buffet tickets.... show tickets..... and shop tickets.... all for free( Maximum 3 each )
You should buy the plan its very good. Evrytime youvisit vegas they will give u tickets. They have the best pool in vegas.( Ranked by specialists )
And the best rooms its like you are living in a aparment but your not paying the same price.
You pay every year and always when you go to vegas they will have a room for you there. So.... what do you say know want to go to vegas?

Tell them that it is your b-day, and you should at least get a free dessert and a "happy birthday" song for yourself, or at least that's what happened for me. Could be different for each place.
