When you even think about that question the first thing that will come into peoples minds is Allen Iverson. Sure there are players such as Rafer Alston, Tony Parker, Chris Paul, Kobe Bryant, T-Mac, but really Allen Iverson breakes peoples ankles almost literally he was the first one to use it as a big weapon and effictively.
