So far all your answers are motivating. But if you want some more... I know it's easy to read them but where do you start?
Ok. here. When you start getting hungry, (in the first stage) you will start to think what you will eat. And of course the first thing that will come to your mind are those 3, right? Be your doctor and say to yourself, "nah, I'm tired of going there. It's too greasy anyway. I know, i don't have anything at home, so I'll go to the store." When you go to the store, buy an apple or any fruit. Banana is ok. but not too many, you'll end up in the hospital. After you eat the apple or lettuce salad or other non-greasy food, drink a lot of water. And get your self some thing to do to forget the cravings for junky ken......y. The point it, you have to introduce slowly other kind of food to your system and to your self until your cravings are gone. It will go away, because when your taste bud have someting different other than those food you are addicted to, your system will heal itself. Just keep on talking to yourself. it's like gossiping to yourself that those 3 are bad characters and tell yourself "I had too much of those already. I might get sick." Say those exact words to your self. Do you believe in yourself? Well it's time to talk to yourself on what's the best for it to have. You will not put yourself into danger situation, am I right? OOOOK.

Well i work at Mcdonalds and get a manager Discount. I can get anything on the menu for free. I used to eat there 3 meals a day and really put on the pounds. My sugesstion is to eat there all the time everyday untill u fell like your goging to die. Then keep eating more. I am sure after you do this for a while you will not EVER be able to eat there again. I agree with Be Still. Mos important is to utilize some self control. Follow that with trying your own hand at cooking for yourself, and you'll be surprised what you can do. Treat yourself maybe once a week, if you still find the urge too great, for now. On a daily basis when you think of buying the fast food, think of the rats and how much you may be saving finance wise and health wise.

Find yourself a good psychiatrist.
Go to Fat Fast Foodies Anonymous. LOL
Why don't you carry some healthy granola bars with you? Each time you are tempted, eat one of those instead. Try raw roasted almonds, too. A doctor from New Mexico once told me there is something in them that quells your appetite.
Just say no.

Built up some self control and give yourself a month. Don't eat anything from a fast food restaurant, and limit going out to eat to once a week. After a month your cravings will be almost completely gone. Give yourself 2 months and you may think it tastes disgusting, like a block of salt!

Just remember what these foods do to your arteries and how they can eventually cause you to have a heart attack. Break the addiction for youself. Get the will poewer and just do it. Start cutting back slowly until you aren't eating it anymore. There are plenty of other things that you could be eating.

Taco Bell: The "Fresco" menu is definitely good. We additionally like the "Crunchwrap Surpeme", "Burrito splendid", and the "Nachos splendid". the two places have rather good nutrition. i have been told that it takes about 3 weeks to break a habit. i would say just tell yourself you are not going to go there. and then before you get hungry think of what you are going to eat. when you get hungry and feel the need to go to kfc or one of the other two. tell yourself "no i am not going to go there" you just have to have the will power to actually not go. good luck and happy eating :D
