I'd guess 42 (for all you Doug Adams fans out there ☺)

And, if I had my big computer up and running, I'd put together a LaGrange interpolation polynomial that would have exactly that value for an index of 10.

A statistical analysis of what? A little more information would be useful. What do these numbers represent? There doesn't appear to be an easily recognizable pattern to the numbers.
