She broke the law, driving when she wan't supposed to or something, but she gets special treatment, and made an appeal she got people to sign!! (but dropped it now)
How unfair!!?
AND it won't matter about getting jobs for her this is all working out like one big publicity stunt (yeah it isn't but if she wasn't famous she'd have a hard time getting a job after prison)
and she gets at least an hour out of her day to watch tv and go on her phone.
Why does she get special treatment just coz she's famous (for nothing by the way) and don't you think this is unfair?

well she is just a spoilt brat just because her dad owns a multi millionaire business and charms and pays her way out of everything you watch she is going to turn this whole prison thing into something that will help her boost her career and she is getting special treatment because she is famous not because she is a kind person itz only because of her money and fame.They think her of above average i suppose thats y she has got her sentence halved and is going in a special cell.

Let her see what reality really is. All the judge did was provide her with a false sense of reality. Paris probably does not know she is laughed at and hated. Next time she breaks the law (and it will happen due to her disrespect for rules that we have to follow) I hope that there is a judge that cant be bribed and given "special treatment" from the Hilton family.

She shouldn't is the simple answer. Of course she will be become a target in the general prison population but it might do her good to see how some people live and are not given everything on a plate might make her think, here's hoping.

Why does Naomi Campbell get community service for Assult and Battery..and Paris get Jail for a license suspension violation.
We really need to punish those kind of violators and let physical abusers off with community service!!
The Judge obviously is making an example of Paris..which I think is an abuse of power.
Everyone hates Paris because she is rich but...lets try and keep people who are really a risk to society like Naomi, OJ..etc..off the street!

It is a crock, they blamed on over crowding of the jail....That is what they are feeding the media. I'll bet some money and a few over paid lawyers much assisted in thie horrible problem of overcrowding of the jails. It is BS

Its just cuz who she is. Also its was a slow news week the time she went to court - so we had to get distracted from the real world and concentrate on Paris.

she actually doesn t , the only reason that she get it cut in half is because that shes not as risk as others. And they want to put the more people that are at risk in prison. thats what I was told.
