i cant make a perfect line so give me some hints and tips please

There are no hints or tips. You have to have a steady hand. Keep practicing.

pull the skinn under ur eye down and there should be a pink line just trace over it, it might feel a little weird at first but ull get used to it and as u keep doing it ur hand will get more steady

I agree with Ashy. Just hold the bottom (or top) of your eyelid taught. I usually lean into the mirror so that I can really see what I'm doing, and follow the line of your eyelid. Simple.

Stop trying to draw one long, steady line.
Start making lots of short little lines that connect together. It's much easier to do. I hope this makes sense!

I rest my elbow on the counter top, this gives me the balance to apply with out been shakey :-)

Heat the tip with a lighter so its soft, it will glide easier and be more dramatic.

pulling your eyelid down and balancing your arm on something will help you to be really steady and get a good angle
