pull the skinn under ur eye down and there should be a pink line just trace over it, it might feel a little weird at first but ull get used to it and as u keep doing it ur hand will get more steady

I agree with Ashy. Just hold the bottom (or top) of your eyelid taught. I usually lean into the mirror so that I can really see what I'm doing, and follow the line of your eyelid. Simple.

Stop trying to draw one long, steady line.
Start making lots of short little lines that connect together. It's much easier to do. I hope this makes sense!

Heat the tip with a lighter so its soft, it will glide easier and be more dramatic.
