Saudi's buying GM plastic division?

Why are the Saudi's being allowed to buy GM's plastic division when they make one of the major componets of a biological weapon. There have been several terrorists come from Saudi Arabia and it seems like our wonderful homeland security department should step in and stop this from happening.

Why not, we need foreign investment. They can send some of that money back to us for the oil we are buying.
