Identify your oxidized and reduced components:
Fe(0) -> Fe+3 oxidation
NO3- -> N2O reduction (N+5 to N+1)
Write half reactions.
Fe(s) -> Fe+3 + 3e
2NO3- + 5H2O +4e -> N2O + 10 OH-
the oxidation eqtn by 4 and the reduction eqtn by 3, and eliminate the electrons on both sides.
