Have you ever been in the grocery store and then whild you're shopping, the power goes out?

That happened to me today. It was pouring down rain outside, and suddenly the power flickers. I'm standing behind my mom, and then as it goes out, I grab her shoulders in a moment of pure terror. But it wasn't that bad. Emergency power kicked on, so we didn't have to wait for the registers to start up. We also saw that the stoplight, Pizza Hut, local pharmacy, and other places were dark inside.

Every damn time I go in there it seems. Funny but true story - I was in a store buying some things. There was a guy there with those little price sticker guns changing prices on products. You know, putting the new stickers over the older lower ones. So I grab a bag of chips and he grabs them out of my hand and puts a new sticker on it and tries to hand it back to me. I grab a different bag and he did the same thing. I grabbed a third bag and tod him if he puts a hand near me, I'll rip his head off and cover it with price stickers and toss it next to the heads of lettuce in the produce section. He looked at me. I asked him if he really thought 4 cents was worth an azz whooping. He looked at the old price and the new price and walked away. I tossed the chips back. I didn't really want them anyway, I was just in a pissy mood.

Yes. I was trapped between the 2 automatic entrance doors for 30 minutes. Just me and my trolley and an amused audience of 40 or so, all on the outside

no that hasn't happened at a store but it did happen at work and by the time they had permission to send people home the lights came back on
