Hey!
Loathed as I am to recommend a Microsoft product, I'd say for ease of use, Microsoft Publisher, Its easy to pick up, use and very fast for putting things like menus together.
But if your looking for a free program to do it, I suppose Open Office would do the trick too.
Hope that helps,

there are a number of progams you could use. even microsoft word, but that would be a pain. look for something like a publishing program, ms publishing or any of the hundreds, free or cost programs out there. what you want is to create a template with the styling you want for your restaraunt, and then as menus change, all you have to do is click and paste in the new info, change the price, or have a special template for today's specials that can be handed out. keep it clean and simple, and you should be able to do it without alot of help.

Microsoft Publisher is pretty fool-proof and the projects come out looking clean. Also, if you choose to transfer them into .pdf's they still look clean and professional.
