Your local county child support agency. If paternity is an issue, it will cost you several hundred dollars less to go through a child support agency than it would be to do so privately.

Your best bet would be for you to get your general practitioner or the baby's pediatrician to recommend a lab, or they may even be able to take the samples and send the test out themselves. That would be the best place to start. Other than that, I'm sure ou could look in the yellowpages to find a testing company.
