Is there any makeup that can make my eyes stand out. or look lighter or brighter. Also how should I apply it?

Wearing contrasting eye shadow can help bring the colour out. If you have brown eyes then green or purple or gold shadow is good. White eyeliner on the inner corners of your eyes is good to make you look more awake.

Someone already said line the bottom with white, this works well.
In addition, make sure you get the often missed side eyelashes on top, big difference!
Add white slightly shimmery eye shadow underneath the eyebrows too.

use liquid eyeliner and mascara. go to sephora and look under eyeshadow. once your see a large/ medium sized case that says either blue, green or brown eyes. once you have found your eye color you can look inside it and see the colors that help make your eyes pop. it is about $20-25. good luck.

Line the bottom of your eyes with white eyeliner and smudge black eyeliner on the top.

I would use a liquid eyeliner and a subtle eye shadow the color of your eyes.

apply a light irridescent(sp?) powder right below your eye brows and on the corners of your eyes(by your nose). it will make them pop!!
