In the future, you should designate one special place to put your keys when you walk in the door. I know it will be hard at first to remember to do this, but if you get yourself in the habit you will just do it naturally. Another thing, you can buy a clapper that you attach to your keys and when you misplace them, just clap and the keys with the clapper will respond with some type of sound. Good luck finding your keys.

Oh! I thought those were some fake keys that my little brother left around...so I threw them away
