that you have small teeth. you didnt get the big teeth gene. you at alot of rocks and it grinded down on your teeth. you take drugs like acid so you are a drug addict. want any more theory or mind readings.

If they are embarrassing, one might not smile a lot. Otherwise, nothing--no effect.
In general there are hardly any physical characteristics that influence personality, specifically. (ears, hair, etc.) but the overall size, tallness, appearance and attractiveness do matter , often a great deal.

Not much to say......
Small teeth indicate one who has little to say.. very quiet... .sometimes introverted.... but those who are outgoing with small teeth are those who have much to accomplish.....
