One, it is almost impossible to have an overweight fish. A fat fish is a healthy fish. You can overfeed them so that they die, but that has nothing to do with them being overweight. Also, your guppies may be extra fat if they're pregnant females.

Two, they probably need a little more food than that. Underfeeding your fish is better than overfeeding them, but they shouldn't be starved. The general rules is to give them as much as they can eat in a few minutes, two to three times a day. The ram and cory don't need a sinking wafer, necessarily, but it won't hurt them.

Goldfish love veggies; that's usually what you hear about, but the cory wouldn't mind a tiny piece of zucchini, boiled green bean, or cooked spinach. Just keep in mind that he's one little fish and he can't eat much. The sword and guppies might also nibble at vegetation, but they're fine without it. They cory is probablythe only one that would really want it, and even he doesn't need veggies. Incidentally, the wafer you're feeding them, if designed for catfish, is most likely algae-based, and will easily cover their vegetable needs in and of itself.

A small pinch of food twice a day is probably not suite enough for these guys. Be sure they are getting enough, it should take them about 2-3 minutes to finish their food at each serving. The sinking wafer for your bottom feeders is a good idea and will usually be enough veggie material for your fish. Instead I would suggest you add some frozen worms to their diet. Most of your fish would really love the worms and would do well to have the extra meaty food in their diet.
