I don't believe in "The One." I believe that for every person there are many potential "ones", that is, people who you can love and make a relationship with. Only you can decide if you're ready to make a long term commitment at this time. A smart person I know says love is a choice we make. We can choose to love someone or not. It's up to us, not fate. If you need a single test for "the one", though, use this: She's the one if she never runs away when things are tough, and never stops struggling with you when issues come up, but keeps trying to make a better relationship.

"THE" ONE?? No such thing. "THE ONE" is a term created BY women.... FOR women. They want (and need) to think of themselves as "the one" and would strongly prefer if YOU did too. But it's just not realistic in a world of 6 billion.
If you spend your life looking and hoping for "THE ONE" you are setting yourself up to fail. Think of YOURSELF as "THE" ONE. And any ONE woman will be lucky to have to you.
Dont ever ask yourself if she is "THE" one. You would win a lottery before you find "THE" one. Because the minute you do that, you will start to believe there is no other. That's not as healthy as it sounds. Once you believe there is only ONE, and openly admit to her that she is IT, then you have given all your choices away. And what is life without CHOICES.
Find just ONE GOOD ONE and be the best man you can possibly be with her. The rest will take care of itself.

No one can really tell you how you can tell if someone is the one for you. You just know.. ya know? lol.. With my husband, I knew he was the one for me right away! I had never ever felt that way towards anyone before! I put his health, saftey and happiness over my own (I have always been a very self absorbed person, I never cared about anyone but myself and my family), and I couldnt imagine my life without him in it! But, like I said, you are the only person that can tell if someone is for you.

The first question to ask is, how many "the ones" have you had? When someone asks, "how to know she is the one?" it leaves me thinking that they have been married several times and can't find the right "one." Maybe you should wait to marry this one and see if she could be "the one."

If she's the first think you think of when you wake up in the morning, the last thing at night, and she makes your heart sing, it's a pretty safe bet that she's the one.

When you know their life and happiness is more important to you than yours. It's when you don't want to even THINK about a life without them in it.It's cold feet under the blankets freezing you to death but you smile anyway....

You'll never really know, lots of women change instantly once that ring is on her finger, it's really just dumb luck if you choose wisely.
Good luck.
