Why do so many classic musicians, such as Janis Joplin, Johnny Cash (close to death by it) and Elvis, die the same way? (Of drug overdose or alchohol)

They get too much money too fast and they overdose on both. The money, and the drugs. I once heard an actor say that Cocaine is Gods way of saying you make too much money.

All musicians,whether they want to admit or not have to get on the mood to perform,the easiest and quickest way is drugs or alcohol,this is nothing new,it's been going on for a long time,it's just more open nowadays

They unfortunately use drugs to sort out their problems.
