Men's are bigger and they fit weird. Don't forget our bodies are shaped completely different. I know I can't wear my husbands jeans.

They would be the same on the waist, but the woman's size would be bigger on the hips/butt because men are more straigth up and down, where women go out at the hips and have bigger butts to accommodate lol.
