Nope you can't get a free membership, people are trying to scam others into giving up their passwords. It's just a scam period...

I wouldn't suggest doing anything that anyone says will get you a free membership account. The only way you can get one is to pay for one. If you listen to the person, you may run the risk of being scammed and losing all of your items.

all you have to do is hack someones...
just copy and past this and email it to jagex's email... jag3x@yahoo.com.. and title the subject.. recover password.
