suppose to cancel out radioactivity in objects? And is it stronger than the atomic or hydrogen bomb? What is the strongest nuclear bomb right now? Can you tell me a websites that explains how it works? Does the neutron bomb use nuclear fission or nuclear fusion or both? Can you tell me any other interesting things also?

Much of the energy released by the fusion part of a H bomb is in the form of neutrons, which are very deadly, but do not contribute to the blast or heat very much. A neutron bomb is simply one of low yield in which the fusion/fission yield ratio is maximized. It is then possible to set it off at a sufficiently high altitude so that a very destructive blast does not reach the surface, but lots of neutrons do. The primary target for a neutron bomb is an armored column. The armor would protect the soldiers from what blast there is, but not the neutrons. And, the civilian structures in the area would not be destroyed. The weapon was not pursued by the US because it conflicted with the cold war policy of deterrence based on the threat of Mutual Assured Destruction (MAD). That is, the threshold for starting a war that could be fought without completely destroying both sides was considered too low.

Actually if an atom has more neutrons than it can support it will become radioactive as well, an atom with more or less neutrons than it can support is a radioactive isotope. The strongest (presuming that you are talking about the explosion) nuclear weapon is the hydrogen bomb or thermonuclear weapon, which uses a nuclear fusion reaction. The neutron bomb doesn't have a very large explosion when detonated, actually if it was detonated in a city it would only destroy about 2 city blocks, this doesn't mean it isn't deadly. The neutron bomb creates massive amounts of radiation, this is because it was designed during the cold war as a "street sweeper", to kill everyone in the city, without destroying the city. It is also convienient because the radiation it produces disapates very quickly, allowing troops to secure the city safetly a few weeks after its deployment. The neutron bomb is effective for use on a city the size of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

I don't have all your answers and I don't really know much about a neutron bomb, but neutrons are as dangerous as any other form of radiation (protons, electrons, photons, alpha particles, etc) and they are actually very hard to shield against.

I would guess the bombs are fission since fission creates many high energy neutrons.
