I used to think that if any country could make peace, it would be France. I don't know if they can or can not, will or will not. Perhaps I am foolish for thinking that they could do anything about the situation. For some reason, I had faith in France. I had faith in Tony, he let me down as well, I don't know who is the super hero anymore. I don't want to think there will never be peace there, but I still hope and pray that one day it will just stop.

unfotunately as the armed forces we go where we are told and do as we are told, that's why we do what we do. Now i'm not going to lie here and say we don't loose good friends along the way and that it doesn't sadden me. Only last year i lost 2 very good friends from 3 commando brigade and it hurts when the sun does a list of all those men and women who have died and have messages from their children printed. We are at the stage now where we are fighting terrorism on a global front and if they think for 1 minute they will bully us by killing innocent civilains in 911 and july 7th london. then they are wrong and i will back any priminister who puts us out there in order to stop people dying back here.

well can i answer this question? im from the middle east.

i know whatever i say will hardly touch u as it does to me, and u probably will not beleive it just cos im from the middle east, but trust me i have dealt with governments for long times now that i dont beleive in them not a bit. no i dont put my faith in the primeminister, because there are british people dying and i do really feel sympathy for their parents and relatives.

but im not gonna lye about my main reason, its not the british armies dying, its my people in the middle east dying. people in the middle east are very very very very simple people, u wont beleive it, until u meet them. they are intelligent, but they barely use it against people, they dont hold grudges against people either.
the soldiers who went their, went their by their own will to kill my people, but my people had no choice but to die??!!! how much justice is that. trust me, it is bizarre how much the media can twist stories and make it sound like the people their deserve to be killed, sometimes it makes me wanna cry for ever, other times i just feel numbed by the bombardment of insensitivities.

people in england, all they care about, is how many of their soldiers are dying, but what about the innocent people that are being killed and then are labelled as rebels? which clearly they are, and they have al;l the right to be rebelling against an occupation to their land, if someone occupied ur england or ur america, and u didnt fight to free it, then ull be a coward full stop.. no america is not bringing paece, and no them Iraqis clapping on the Tv dont represent not even 1% of the iraqis in iraq who oppose the war.

im not even iraqi, im lebanese. and u know what, ur almighty PM delayed the caesefire and he let the massacre happen, and what olmert is still a good guy, while the hizbollah heros who are trying to defend the country are terrorist.

in fact, ull be surprised when u research the stories from middle easterns, from A to Z and discover how the situation is far from how the PM explains it to u.

and i wanna tell u something, if i was in the lebanese army, and i was told to go and fight an unlawful war on the british people, pretending that i wanna end the rebellion in ireland or whatever, and i dont agree with it, i swear on my soal i will never go, i would only go on a war to defend my country, with good reasons behind it, despite the fact that i will lose my silly badge, and that i will even go to jail for a couple of years (thats how it goes in lebanon). it happens a lot, there is a special prison for the hero in the lebanese army that dont wanna fight unlawful wars like the one today against lebanon's own people. they will be prison for a long time, but they rather not spill innocent blood.

SO SHAME on u soldiers who go on war just for the badge or to blindly follow ur orders. are we not hums to think for ourselves, why do u blame the nazis " they were following hitlers orders" according to u.
If u have a bit of morals, u would pull off killing the innocent people in iraq, sending weapons to kill palestinains, whatever u doing in lebanon if anything, in Afghanistan (oh yes afghanistan). in fact i dont see why england has soldiers outside, soldiers are for self defence, not for raiding other countries, if so tehn its automatically ur fault.

do u see arabic countries having soldiers in ur countries???? or they dont have the right because they are just arabs????

Hi
No, definitely not, I put my faith in my fellow soldiers, my training and my aim, when at war, long gone are the day's when you fight for king and country, you fight to stay alive and return home safe, I wouldn't trust our M.Ps to help me across the road.
