Can you obtain water from ink vinegar,milk? And how? I need the procedures and everthing?

some inks are water soluble, many are not.Chromtography is a means of separating inks.
vinegar is 5% acetic acid.
milk contains over 90% water, but contains proteins, sugars and fats, as well as vitamins and minerals. Distillation would not separate it . The heat would cogulate the protein.
