A goal kick is kicked by the goalie when the opposite team kicks the ball out on the goal line, a corner kick is kicked from one of the corners by the opposing player when the ball is kicked out by your own player on the goal line,a inderect kick is when the kicker can score a goal without anyone else touching the ball first, an indirect kick means someone else also has to touch the ball before it can be scored, and a pentaly kick happens when your team fouls someone in your penalty box area. the ball is place on a marked spot that is ten yards away from the goal. It is just the kicker and the goalie. The goalie can't leave their line until it is touched by the kicker. If this doesn't help read a book on soccer or something.

They are both the result of the ball going over the end line which runs through the goal, this line is known as the dead ball line thus going out of play.
if an attacking player is the last to touch the ball then its a goal kick, this is when the goal keeper or defender kicks the ball from the edge of the 6yrd box.
If a defender or goal keeper is the last to touch the ball before it passes over the dead ball line, then this produces a corner kick which is placed at the corner of the pitch inside a small quadrant that's marked. from this the attacking team can play the ball into the defending teams 18yrd box or play it short to a player, ultimately its always in an attempt to score.

Direct free kicks are caused by foul play, resulting in the free kick the referee will signal that its direct by raising his arm, the kick may be taken at anytime after the referee has placed the ball. This can be struck directly at the goal and if it goes in stands as a goal.

Indirect is usually caused when the player is obstructed without any real physical or foul play intended, or from an offside decision the referee tells the players its indirect and does not raise his arm. The ball needs to be passed or hit another player before entering the goal for it to be allowed to stand as a goal. (i refuse to explain the offside rule)

A penalty kick is the result of a foul within the 18yrd box thus resulting in for all intents and purposes a direct free kick in which no other play other than the goal keeper and penalty taker are allowed in that 18yrd box, once the kick is taken from a 12yrd spot in the centre of the box then everyone can enter the 18yrd area. The goal keeper is not supposed to leave the line until the ball is struck and the penalty taker is supposed to strike the ball cleanly.

They are not the same. A corner kick is where....the team defending the goal kicks out the ball over the line that the goal sits on. and during this kick the offence team( team trying to score) takes the direct kick from the corner. but...if the offence team kicks it out than the defense team puts the ball somewhere on the line infront of the goal and kicks it that is called a goal kick.

indirect kick is where you cannot kick it directly into the goal...it has got to touch somebody else before it can go in the goal...and a direct kick is where you can kick it directly into the goal

a penaty is where a illegal move is done and the person it was done to gets a direct kick from the penalty mark whick is between the 18 and goal. This can sometimes result in a red or yellow card for the person who commited the penalty

hope i helped

No. Goal kicks are taken by your goalie and are kicked up the field. This happens when a player on the opposing team touches the ball and it goes over your endline (not the sideline). The goalie tries to kick it far up field to one of his attacking players. A corner kick is when one of your own players touches the ball and it goes over your endline. The opposing team then takes the ball to the corner of the field (depnding on which side of the goal the ball went out) and tries to kick it in front of your goal so one of their players can head the ball in for a goal. Basically: Goal kick-defensive Corner kick-offensive.

a corner kick happens when a defender kicks the ball out of bounds behind on either side of their goal. then a player from the other team kicks the ball from the corner of the field closest to where the ball went out.

goal kicks are taken by the goal keeper when the ball is kicked out of play by an opponent in your end of the field, and corner kicks are taken from the corner if someone from there own team kicks it out of play on there own end of the field.

hmmm, i hope that helps

goal kicks are well a goalie kick (or a fullback) from the 18yrd square. this occurs when the ball goes out on the endlines from the opposing team (the one trying to score on the goal.)

corner kicks are when the defending goal team knocks it out on its endline. the corner kick takes place at just about where the endline and sideline met.
