I was thinking about double majoring in:
-Biochemistry and Molecular Biology(BMB)
-Chemistry
and a minor in:
-Spanish

this should be possible because of the overlapping of courses in a bio and chem major right?

You have to look at your college's catalogue. Some allow double counting, some don't.

Without double counting, I double majored in chemistry and biology, and I could've minored in either math or psych had I picked one or the other.

So yes, it's possible. It may require a summer course here or there depending on the requirements, but you can do it.
