In my passport there is not any place for middle name, Just Name and Family name (every body must fill name and middle name in one place), but I have filled my application documents with the format Name, Middle name and Family name and my I-20 is issued in this format (since my name contain 2 words), but the spellings and sequences are all correct. Does this make a problem for me in US embassy?

We use the same format First Middle Last. Is it done another way, what is the confusion?

In this time of extreme insecurity, ANYTHING can be a prob for the American Embassy. If you have the possibility to get it fix I would, just in case - people have been hassled for much less. I have gone through customs many times and they really scrutinise all of your papers. I suggest you at least call the Embassy to get a clarification on the possible consequences stemming from a bureaucratic error.
Good luck!

You will have to ask them. Hardly any of us are Embassy experts.
