You mean sheet music, right? There is a Rhythm and Blues fakebook released by Hal Leonard. I am not sure if it is available in Eb or Bb, so you may need to transpose if it's not in your key. Also, some of the New Real Book series has some R&B in it.

For 'Old School' R&B, check out King Curtis, Big Jay McNeely, Earl Bostic, Louis Jordan, Willis 'Gator' Jackson, The Memphis Horns (Andrew Love).

Check out an album put out by a record company called Blue Note. The album is called "Blue Note's Tribute to Motown". You may be able to find it on Amazon.com

Also check out Lee Ritenour because he did a tribute album to Motown called "A Twist of Motown".
