Telekinesis is a largely unproved method of moving physical objects or distorting them using the power of the mind.
You might like to try the following:
Seat a subject in a chair.
Call for three volunteers to help you and arrange everyone so that there is one volunteer at each shoulder of the subject and one at each knee (you being the one to complete the circle).
Ask the subject to blank out his/her mind. This is best accomplished by thinking of a colour. Ask the subject to think of nothing but a specific colour.
While the subject is thinking, do the following:
Hold your right hand, palm downward, over the subject's head
Moving in clockwise direction, the next person from amongst the volunteers holds his/her hand, palm downward but not touching yours, over your hand. When it's your turn again, use your other hand over the last person's hand.
Continue till all volunteers have their hands over the subject.
Then, in reverse order, remove the hands.
There should be no speaking throughout.
The volunteers at the shoulders should then use the index and second fingers of each hand, while the volunteers at the knees do the same, to:
Place the fingers under the armpits
Place the fingers just under the knees
The subject should rise automatically and remain in the air until he/she opens his/her eyes or the volunteers lose concentration.
I've done this but never attempted to tell others how to do it. Let me know if you try and it works.

Telekinesis is not a science in the conventional sense. Natural sciences are based on verifiable experiments.

ok here's how...
you need a:
mic...
50 or so of the biggest speakers you can't afford...
a cable as long as you can find or make...
a jet engine (or something equally loud)...
and the best amps you couldn't find...
and something light to move...
that way you can move it from a distance... tele-kinesis...
