Open the PC & examine the speaker jack from the other end (the end inside the PC or on the sound card).
In most cases there is a cavity that will allow you to "push" the broken jack outwards with a tiny screwdriver or unfolded paper clip.

BE SURE THAT THE PC IS OFF when you do this & BE CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE SPEAKER JACK.

Safest bet would be to take it into a shop. Or you can try putting some glue on the end of a toothpick, glue it to the piece stuck in the computer, let it dry and try to pull it out that way.

There are no speaker plugs on a hard drive (but there are on CD and DVD burners). ~
