i do gymming..but is swimming better? how many days a week shud it be done to get a sexy bod? which one is better to get flat abs.swimming or gymming? does it give th same effect as weights wud?plz help me wid this

Yes, swimming is better. Swimming every stroke, backstroke, breaststorke, freestyle, and butterfly, work every muscle in your body. Swimming is better to get flat abs and to achieve flat abs by bikini season, go at LEAST three times a week. yes, it would have the same effect as lifting weights. You get much stronger the more you swim.

$35 is SO worth your money, because swimming is one of the best workouts you can do!

I swim two hours a day, but I know people that swim 3 times a wekk for one hour, which is about 2 times better for you than gymming...you burns SO many more calories, and if you do butterfly kick with a kickboard, you get a really good abs workout!

$35 is a great price. Swimming is something that can be done your whole life so it's a good investment. Way better then gymnastics!

If you swim well and you enjoy it then go for it. $35 is a killer deal!

Why not do both?
