YES, but it might not be compatible with all the crud most people put on their computers. Toolbars, screensavres, smileys, cursers, and browser add ons. To Uninstall the crud first, use only one toolbar in addition to the standard one (yahoo toolbar and AOell are not good ideas). And go to Tools, manage add ons and disable the junk. I'd also download firefox so that I had a "backup plan"

IE7 is compatible with all of XP and Vista line too. But, firefox 2.0 is better.
