If Roe v. Wade were overturned it would go to the states and they could decide.

Ash: I'm not for it but what is the difference now if an insurance company decides what procedures a doctor can and cannot do?

If Roe v Wade is overturned, I'll be a back alley surgeon, making certain women have the right to terminate fetuses.

I doubt those would be outlawed just because roe v wade was overturned...it was ever over turned there would be alot of deadly backstreet abortions.

If the US overturns Roe v. Wade, it will be following the Constitution, which gives the power to regulate abortion to the states (since it is not specifically given to the Fed).

If the USA over turns Roe V Wade, then I will make a massive amount of money selling do-it-your-self abortion kits and setting-up the "back alley" abortion clinics. Altough, it won't be back alley, it will be in a rented apartment, with trained medical professionals that are forced underground by our repressive government.

well, first you must find out what roe v wade was about. it wasnt about playing God. so that smashes your theory. it was about doctor/patiant confidence. the word abortion is not in any constitutional amendments or court rulings for that matter making making it a right or legal. it just makes it not illegal bc its between a patiant and doctor

Not necessarily those things but it would certainly open the door to government telling doctors and their patients what procedures they may or may not perform. Very scary stuff.
