Will we find out more about this Jacob and will Locke survive. I think Jacob is Benjamin's dad, the clue is in their names. In the bible there was a prophet called Jacob who had a son named Benjamin who's mother died giving birth to him. This story is very similar to the one with Ben in lost. I am quite impressed with myself for working that out. I love lost, can't wait until tonight. How much do you all love it and what or who do you think Jacob is?

It's also on RTE1 tomorrow night for those who don't have sky, this is an Irish channel, I don't know if you can recieve it in England but you might be able to tune your arial into it.

I don't think we'll ever find out anything in the show ... a bit like The Matrix. It all started out great and promised much (due to all those unanswered questions).
Now, three seasons later, we still have hardly any answers. We don't know what the monster is, we don't know about the whispers, we don't know who the others are or where they came from, we still don't know how the island heals etc. All questions that were posed within a few episodes of the 1st season.
What we are getting are more and more questions. Bucket loads of questions. Who is Jacob, why can Ben see him and no one else, how can Desmond see the future etc.
Quite frankly I don't think the writers have the answers. I fear most of us fans will not get our "closure" come the series finale 3 years from now. :-(

Jacob is NOT Ben's dad. It showed in the episode Man Behind the Curtain what happened to Ben's dad.

I think they mentioned that Ben's dad's name is Jacob in the last episode, LOL.
Less than an hour to go now! Somehow, I've lasted this long without giving in and watching it online. Five days is a VERY long time. I'm very proud of myself =)
And it ain't on RTE1 tomorrow, it's on RTE2 =)

lost is not on until wednesday when it is a two hour season finale. but i cant wait too see it either. but i dont see locke surviving.
