The correct fact is other way around, i.e. rain saved Bangladesh from another humiliating defeat as having posted 384 runs for the loss of 6 wickets, India would not hnave nost the match under any circumstances and they had every chance to win the match if the rain did not interrupt the play.

Bangladesh had no chance or whatsoever of wining the game, going with 3 spinners against a team that plays spin so well. Remember the way Dhoni and Karthik exposed their spin attack in the first ODI. Also, Bashar sets defensive fields, that works only for ODIs. In test matches, the fielding side will have to innovate. Bashar's captaincy lacks imagination.

it particularly is the 2d time rain is saving India. First became in the Natwest try whilst England became basically one wicket removed from victory. Australia performed tremendously nicely and that they might honestly have won simply by fact India lost one wicket and the 1st over by way of Brett Lee became a maiden. i think of rain disadvantaged Australia of a nicely deserved victory.
