you think the war helped our economy. we had a surplus before the war. we are a spending economy and building things roads ,space , arms and homes. if we didn't have the war ,then we could have gotten another tax cut. more money in consumer pockets better the economy.

If you mean which country exports the most military equipment and technology, then probably either the US or Russia. If you mean the country which is attacked the most, then probably Israel.
